WOSB VOSB MBE DBE
The Women-Owned Small Business Federal Contract Program (WOSB Program) is to help provide a level playing field for women business owners. The federal government limits competition for certain contracts to businesses that participate in the WOSB Program. Getting certified by SBA as VOSB / SDVOSB makes your business eligible for set-asides directly with the Veteran Affairs (VA) and additional VOSB/SDVOSB set-asides outside the VA. The HUBZone program fuels small business growth in historically underutilized business zones with a goal of awarding at least 3% of federal contract dollars to HUBZone-certified companies each year and a 10% price evaluation preference. The Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) is a long-term government contract that allows commercial companies to sell products and services to federal, state, and local governments at pre-negotiated prices.
